ABOUT ME

My name is Eugene. Currently I live in the City if New York (well, not exactly in the city, but not too far) but originally I am from Belarus.

I like traveling (hey, is there a single profile here that doesn't say the same?). While traveling I prefer to get out of the city and hike. I will always prefer a trip to the nearby mountain over the trip to the museum. Two things I dream about: hike all the US national parks (so far only 5 of them are checked of the list) and hike the Appalachian trail.

I love music. All kinds of it: opera, jazz, rock-n-roll, electronic. Dammit, even pop. One thing I can't enjoy is rap, sorry :)

I love active sports. In the descending order: surfing, showboarding, table tennis, basketball, chess. Ultimate goals are to surf the Pipeline, to do backflip on the snowboard, to reach 2000 ELO.
