I believe travelling is the best anti-complaining medicine and should be taken in regular doses to prevent development of acute complaining syndrome. It definitely works for me. It puts me into perspective and helps me see how small the small things are and that happiness usually has one common denominator regardless of the country - the family.

I like to think that I am a very rational person. At the same time, I must say I am fascinated by human behaviour, which can be quite unpredictable (or not?). I never studied sociology but a few TED talks was enough to get me interested in this field, just like behavioural economics.

I am also very curious and like to know how things work. If your hair-dryer has broken and you don't mind saying goodbye to it, I will be the first one to offer you help with opening and dismantling :) I don't smoke or drink but, should it come, I will not give up the chance to learn to roll a cigar or distill home-made brandy.

I am currently living my dream of travelling in South America and learning Spanish, therefore am not able to host travellers in Prague.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch-hiking the Transfagarasan road in Romania. I got a ride from a couple on their honeymoon. When we crossed the pass and got to the lake on the other side of the mountains, there was not a single person. I stayed in the mountain rescue station for the night.
