P.S. I have found that social hierarchy tends to get in the way of this (i.e. it denies the equality of eachother as human, creaters of meaning and experiencers of life)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've crashed at a few friends places, but no actual surfing yet.

Intereses

Experienceing life through myself and this world around me. Being. Creating meaning with community and nature. oh, and contemplating the meaning of the life that I experience...

For less abstractness ...I um...educate myself in a way that schooling can't do because it's too confining. If i go back i'll study expression through art and existenital psychology/philosophy. I'm passionate about artistic expression and feel that it would be an amazing thing if one day we verbaly communicated solely through music or poetry. I'm especially interested in becoming as autonomous as possible so that my interactions with others may be pure gifts rather than corruptible dependence. I'd rather walk down a back alley than on the main street. It's more real.

Música, películas y libros

right now i am reading Fomm's 'man for himself', Ghandi's 'my experiments with truth', and various excerpts in an anthology of existentialist literature and text. I want to watch 'the red ballon' the next time i get a chance, and i like music that moves me, everything elses is just a distraction. I recently went to the power to the peaceful festival in Golden Gate Park and experienced some fifty thousand people jumping to Michael Franti-that was powerful-singing rebel music ().

If there is one thing that has stuck with me in my best moments it has been a knack for percieving the meaning of things-of nothing (in the sense of the Dao De Ding), only ocasionally (but trying to achieve as much as possible).
In my worst, percieving the possible meaning of things without truth to hold onto.
I'm open to any and all experiences that allow me to grow, this assumes a life of learning (I can't sleep at night if I haven't grown duging the day). I have a lot to share, but most of it remains a secret...I find a lot of people are to afraid to delve into the depths of life to really share anything meaningful...but ask and I will attempt to reveal.
