I am a motivated yoga teacher and life-long learner.
I enjoy inspiring others to improve wellness and love sharing how Yoga promotes strength, harmony and relaxation while integrating a healthy body and peaceful mind.
I love to travel and learn about new cultures, meet new people. Also I enjoy going on hikes, snowboarding, surfing, live music, reading and spend time in nature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Peru twice. The first time I was part of a campaign called “Messengers of Health” which objective is to bring medicine, food and clothes for people with low income that live in rural communities.
Also I was a VIP Hospitality intern for a music festival called ENVISION in Costa Rica.
Both were very rewarding and interesting experiences that helped with my personal growth.
