Hey, my name is Faiq, and I recently moved to the bay area back in January. I love traveling outside and inside the US. Besides that I'm a big fan of electronic and house music, and you can usually find me dancing for hours at some show or festival. Besides that I love to sing karaoke, although I'm quite terrible at it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I am fed up with getting a cookie cutter, tourist view of every city I go to. I want to understand what life for people is like in the places I go to beyond just monuments and statues.

I can cook really good indian food, provided if i can find the right ingredients! If in San Francisco, I can give an awesome tour of some of the more interesting bars/things to do in the city :)
