One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving, 2am, broken leg, middle of nowhere, rain pelting down, blew a head gasket, I laughed, then tow truckie ripped me off.

Riding on country train in middle of nowhere, 10pm, slumped in corner of empty carriage unable to sit upright due to freshly broken collarbone, 3 guys, 6'2" white, 5'10" african metal grill plate in mouth and shaved head, 5'8" Aboriginal and fat. White guy has knife. Long story short I end up with their phone, next day I'm in the police station explaining that I bought their phone, CTV footage shows the guys who tried to mug me and failed. Cop steals my new phone out of holding. Other cops tell me to steer clear of said officer. I fumed for a week.

Did some crazy big chargers at Aussie pipe, on a late one I hit the reef and didn't even get winded, surfed steep but near-perfect pipes for 2 hours, unbelievable.
