ABOUT ME

Hello!

My name is Fatemeh. I have lived in the U.S. since 1985, but I was born in Iran where I lived until I was 11 years old. I am a 40-year-old single female and I do not have any children...that I know of...JK! :)

I have been a High School Chemistry Teacher for the past 13 years and I need a break! Not from the kids, but from the dysfunctional education system. I have taken a leave of absence from my school district for one year to travel and rest.

PHILOSOPHY

Change is the only thing that is guaranteed in life, so you might as well embrace it and not resist it!

I love learning and evolving. I enjoy connecting with people and learning about different cultures. I enjoy nature and I like to be active. But, at the same time I love to be curled up with a book...an actual paper book!
