About Me

Continue to share my passions of health, wellness, food, and stories around the world.

I love life. I love everyone. I think it is so important to forgive, be patient, and love and thus you will never gain anger which leads to hatred. So my feelings for the world have grown in so many ways. I try to live each day as though it were my first. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a present" so enjoy the gift of life and concentrate on the present moment, for life can only exist in the present moment.

I love to help others in whatever way I can. My day is never complete without seeing a smile appear on other's faces or my own. I believe laughter is the best medicine and it really heals a lot.

I love life and I believe that everyone should join me on my mission to make the world a better place...more positive thinking, less complaining and blaming...focus on what we want to do and do it! I'm intellectually stimulated so I love having conversations about philosophy, music, food, culture, world, science, human body, meditation, yoga, alternative medicine, organics and history.

I am a fulltime travel for I believe fulfilling one's passion is what makes the world a more fulfilling place to live in.

I believe that everyday should be lived to the fullest!
I also believe that your body is your temple so it should be treated with respect and taken care of...eating and living a healthy lifestyle,
making people laugh is the best medicine and I think we should all smile more and start random conversations with random people on buses, subways, streets, anywhere and everywhere. If you can make a person smile you may make their day. It's up to us to change the world and make it a better more positive all starts with us as individuals. If you can better yourself, you can make a difference!
and most importantly, be mindful of our actions, thoughts, behaviour and words.

If you think it, it will happen so never say "i can't, won't, don't" and instead say "I can, will, am, want, know" always positive thinking will get you far and keep you out of trouble (for the most part, at least for traveling and for goals)

traveled south east asia alone when i was 20 and 22
I did a 10 day meditation intensive course speaking, writing, reading allowed. I finally lived in the present moment without thinking about the past or future, but wow was it ever hard to reach that of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

1.If you ever feel numbness, tingling, or pain going down your arms or legs, into your hands, or feet, it may be due to an impingement of a nerve coming out of your armpit or groin area...try to stand up straight to keep your shoulders back to prevent yourself from slouching and causing your shoulders to internally rotate causing the impingement.
2. Always stretch on warm muscles, never cold or you may tear a muscle. And hold all stretches for 30seconds.
3. Drink 2L a day to keep hydrated. A lot of time the pain and physical problems to experience are due to dehydration, so before you take any drugs, try drinking water.
4. Try to live in the moment, in the NOW! forget about the past and just deal with the moment.
5. Enjoy your life....stop worrying and continue living!
