About Me

Just moved to Karlsruhe

I guess most people would say that I am quite relaxed and open-minded, smiling and laughing a lot, chaotic and spontanious.

I love nature and all kinds of outdoor activities, being in the wilderness, but I love the vibrant life of music and culture and the diversity of people in big cities as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to host people, and I'm happy to find a host when I'm traveling.

Almost all outdoor activities, bicycle tours, cooking, sitting in the kitchen with my friends and having nice conversations, the nightlife with clubs and concerts, travelling, drinking red wine, photography

Music, Movies, and Books

Into the wild; Black cat white cat; Herr Lehmann; Adam's Apples; The Big Lebowski; Die Fetten Jahre sind vorbei;
Radiohead, Cake, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, good old Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Stereo Total, 2Raumwohnung, good ska livebands

The Beach; Night Train to Lissabon; crime storys by Henning Mankell

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe the most amazing thing was to travel by bicycle from Istanbul to India. I startet in September 2008 with two friends and I got back to cold and rainy Germany in January. The experience of the great hospitality of the people, especially in Iran was fantastic and really changed my point of view.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you how to repair a bicycle, I used to work in a voluntary bike workshop at university in Berlin.. And I would like to learn how to weld and how to build bicicle frames.

I love to cook and to learn about new things love to get to know new recipes.

I love to listen my favorite songs and the favourite songs of someone else.
