ABOUT ME

I'm a high spirited, high-energy person travelling across America for two reasons; To find the job that I really want and because it seemed like a good idea at the time. So far I've picked up and left home from Houston and traveled to Boulder Colorado for training as a Firefighter. I intend to be leaving soon, and don't intend to be heading back to the lone star state.

I'm extremely personable, I'm friendly and helpful. I get bored easilly and when I settle down for any length of time, I find myself with several jobs because I'm a workaholic like that.

PHILOSOPHY

Its my objective to find happiness here in America. I want to meet as many people as I can and make myself a vital part of others lives. I feel like Life is more than growing up and doing one job whether you like it or not. By the time I've settled I'm going to be much like Mike Row, my resume will resemble a bible.

My philosophy is that you choose if your going to be miserable or happy. Lucky or danger prone. And by doing this I feel i'll be able to flex the muscles that'll lead me to a good life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I intend to participate in CS by actively involving myself in the community. Unfortunately I won't have a couch of my own to share with others, unless I can find one to fit in the back of my truck, but I am more than happy to make Rideshare available in the direction that I'm headed. I'll be travelling almost coast to coast.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've volunteered in the Fire Department for two years. Back in Houston this means that I've been on an emergency crew through Hurricane Ike. Many of the experiences that I went through in this has taught me alot about how life works and has altered the way I live it. From valueing the lives of others to being a community leader and being able to make quick decisive choices that alter my livelihood.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to cook, I know how to work on my truck and I know how to learn. Theres alot of stuff that I know, but I'm in no way "learned" over most other people. Every day I am learning and training myself; whether it be in life or love, or just plain learning how to drive in different states.
