Travel around the world by motorbike!
I'm an Italian guy born and grown in Rome and now working on company between Stockholm, Rome and Berlin. I travel quite a lot, which habit started during the PhD in Berlin, where I discovered that traveling, and knowing new things and people, is one of the few things that keeps me always happy, kind of, seamlessy smiling. I never refuse to chat with interesting people while drinking a beer or a coffee.
I think that there are two types of travelers: those who make photos and those who make not. I definitely belong to the second kind. I love to collect memories about places I see and people I meet. It is ok if I will forget the shape of a painting I've seen in a museum, but I will never forget the feelings and the thoughts while looking at it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was hosted many times all around the world. When I could travel enjoy to meet new people participating to the weekly CS local meetings.
Cooking (Italian of course), Hang out with new people, Complaining about the weather, Driving (bikes, motorbikes, airplaines, everything!), Books, Music, Theater, Philosophy, Politics, Art, Theoretical physics...
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm mostly and old-fashioned guy, so I prefer (during the day...) classical music (especially Brahms, Schumann and Chopin), Opera (Wagner) and Theatre (Shakespeare). Regarding books, I've red much of Borges, Dick, Dostoevskij, Plato and Chatwin and I appreciate a little bit of everything, from Pirsig to Goethe, from Clancy to Hugo.
