ABOUT ME

I am a someone who is full of love and there are many things that I like to do. I take great pleasure in cooking, exposing myself to new elements, putting myself outside of my comfort zone and new socks. Music drives me forward and art sets me free. I admire big cities and the great outdoors give me inspiration; nature is my muse. I enjoy reading, biking, jogging, laughing, thinking, learning, dreaming, talking and listening. Mornings bring fresh air into my lungs and sunsets inspire me to love. I have a romantic connection to moonlight and find the night to be full of wonder. I love the land and still have hope for the power of humanity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just starting this, even though I have known about it for over a year. My couch has always been open for friends and I have stayed on many friends' couches.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:
I like it if it is fun to read. I am currently reading The Brothers Karamazov for I have recently discovered Russian Realism. I love Hunter S Thompson and F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Movies:
All Cohen Brothers films, Hayo Miyuzaki films, Super Troopers, old Star Wars, Black Swan, Office Space and many, many more. I have a zombie thing going on right now, but that's probably due to Halloween being near.

I dislike TV, but I will rent/buy/ download my favorite shows.
I liked Dexter, I am currently trying to watch the entire X files series, I can't help but love Breaking Bad, The Simpsons, Bob's Burgers, Family Guy, The Venture Bros. and many others I waste time with.

Music:
I listen to rock, jazz, blues, classical, hip- hop, trance, acid jazz, house, rap... if its good and it fits my mood I'll listen to it. I am a guitar nerd so I like progressive rock/metal. Django Rheinhardt is great morning music and I love Opeth. It's obvious and cliche, but the best band ever is the Beatles.

Food:
I'll cook anything if I can and I enjoy doing it. I'm open to trying new things and I enjoy a wide variety of foods.
