About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To float around to where ever the wave takes me

ABOUT ME

I'm an open minded fun lover who was lucky enough to see a fair bit of this planet from an early age. This has fuelled my thirst for seeing the world, and learning about other people and places.

I love playing. Playing pretty much anything, from Chess to Charades, from Scrabble to "Soccer". I'm a social kind of guy and as such love playing touch rugby. I played in different countries and its always a great way of meeting people, both men and women, (its a mixed game) as well as keeping fit. In fact I even Ref it sometimes (earning a bit of beer money).

I like a wide range of music, and will go and see pretty much any kind of live music, and most probably love it. I love visiting music festivals no matter how big or how small how near or how far. I am attempting to learn the bass guitar, something I probably don't put enough time into. I also collect old Ska and Reggae records, probably what spurred me on to learn the Bass.

The love of mine that gets the most time, however is all things floating. I love to be on the water, sometimes even in it. I am a fledgling diver and am looking forward to getting back to warmer waters to go exploring again. I like to sail, with the rite people it can be the most relaxing method of travel, and I feel very passionately about this under utilised fully sustainable mode of transport. I am very lucky that people pay me to play around with something I love. Or is it luck?

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others as you would have yourself treated.

Take time on how you like to treat yourself, by trying new things, pushing yourself and putting yourself in other peoples shoes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Having lived abroad I not only realise the importance of a locals perspective when I am visiting new places, but I also realised a new perspective about my home country. Settling in the fantastic City of Bristol I love to show my friends around, and I would like to extend my friendship to passers by. In return I am looking forward to the possibility of others doing the same in pastures new.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a virgin. Please pop my cherry!
