ABOUT ME

My friend and I had been planning and budgeting for our trip to Egypt for the past year. January 25th happened and now we are headed to Europe.

Both of us work as lifeguards. We are easy going adventerous girls who are all about going with the flow.

We land in London on February 13th and will be heading out from there. Ideally we would like to see what we can of England, France, Germany and Amsterdam. Although nothing is set in stone.

We would love the chance to mingle with the locals and really get the most we can out of everywhere we go. Saying that who knows where we are going better then the people who live there! That is where all you fabulous people come in. Like we said we are flexible on locations and dates. If you have an avaliable couch between February 13th and March 11th, 2011 be sure to give us a shout! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I'm not really sure who would want to travel to northern Alberta this time of year but we are back on the 11th of March, if you are willing to bare the cold we've got a spare bedroom!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed in a hostel or two in my lifetime but the couch surfing experience is a whole new ball game. We've never been couch surfing but we are always open to new adventures. Plus we really like the idea of being able to get to know some of the locals and see there side of Europe.

Music, Movies, and Books

Generally listen to any sort of music with the exception of country. My Ipod is filled with metalcore/punk/indy/rock/classics/techno/dubstep. I absolutly love music and am always open to hearing new genres and bands.
Some favorite movies would have to include Fight Club, Boondock Saints, Snatch, Schindler's List, Pulp Fiction, Resivor Dogs and Rocky Horror Picture Show. Just to name a couple.

George Orwell's 1984 is one of my all time favorite books. The Classics are classic for a reason. As of late I've been reading a lot of Chuck Palhanuik and Chuck Klosterman novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Thus far in my life I've had the chance to see Australia, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Cuba, Antigua, almost all of the westren USA and of course Canada!

Well I am a pretty good cook so if you are looking to improve your skills I'd be more then willing to help! I'm a pretty big hockey fan too, I taught a bunch of fans in Phoenix all about the game... I could teach you too!
