About Me

I've recently realized that im not who i thought i was. Im hoping that I can once again discover who i am, or at least decide who it is that i truly wish to be. What better way then to travel the globe soaking up as much as the world has to offer!

Well now, where to start, I am a rather curious individual, both in outlook and often how I am perceived. I have always wanted to explore anything and everything but have a rather bad habit of putting things of for the future. I recently lost my father to cancer and I believe that loss has forced me to consider that there may not always be a tomorrow. I hope to seize each day from now until the end.

hate to steal ideas from others but im rather fond of absurdism. a philosophical school of thought stating that the efforts of humanity to find inherent meaning will ultimately fail (and hence are absurd), because no such meaning exists, at least in relation to the individual. As a philosophy, absurdism also explores the fundamental nature of the Absurd and how individuals, once becoming conscious of the Absurd, should react to it. My basic understanding is that Life has no meaning for its own sake, the only meaning it has is the meaning you yourself give it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

um, not sure yet. Just joined myself so im not exactly sure. i hope that i can get into it because it seems like an amazing project and once i get oriented with it i would love to help out in any way i could.

hmmm, again ive just begun so i have no exciting stories. The only couches Ive surfed have been those of my friends when im too tired to drive home.

I'm kind of a nerd, I enjoy playing games of all types whether they be board, card, or video in nature, matters not to me. I enjoy listening to music of many varieties, but my favorite genres are all experimental in nature. I love to think and ponder on matters that make little sense because i think its the most fun to put your mind to a puzzle that cant be solved, guess im just a sucker for punishment. I also enjoy exciting activities and am willing to do just about anything, once at least.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving is easily the most exciting thing ive done in my life so far. Its absolutely addicting. I could spend the rest of my life in free fall and have no regrets.

Teach, Learn, Share

Unfortunately i dont have a lot of practical skills that i can pass on to others but i have been known to aid in the advance of philosophical skills. I would love to learn anything and everything anyone is willing to teach me, especially language. Not really sure what we can share other than experience, but im willing if you are!
