CURRENT MISSION

I love my home town, and all the people there, but I was beginning to feel like a butterfly stuck in it's cucoon.. So my sister a friend of ours and myself decided to bail.. I just want to experience the world..

ABOUT ME

Damn, ummm, I'm 25, since I left school I have been working as a chef by day, and a club promoter / DJ by night, and was doing my best to spend every cent I earned on enjoying myself.. I have lived right near the center of Brisbane with a friend for the last 5 years.. Work and play was my life.. Buty it started to feel stale.. There was nothing left for me to do in that city.. So I left.. I have a one year return ticket and a British and an Australian passport.. I'm travelling around europe for 3 motnhs, then going to find a place to live in London hopefully.. Well, that's the plan anyway..

PHILOSOPHY

I'm just trying to have a good time.. It's that simple.. I live my life for myself.. I try not to let anyone or thing control me..

Haven't participated much yet, but I've been travelling around with my sister and her boyfriend for over a month now, and it's getting to the point where I think we all need some space, so I was lookin at options of maybe staying on my own in a few cities, meet some new people.. But still being in the same country as my sister.. I do have to look after her..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ana amazing friend of mine was going away, so she organised a few friends and a few drinks, and she had a cool young guy there, who I had never met, found out he was just couch surfing for a few days.. I had never heard of it before, and have always wanted to try.. And if I could be lucky enough to land on someone's couch half as cool, I would be extremely happy..

Interests

I really love music of all types, particularly hip hop.. Philosophy.. This sounds boring but I am really interested in politics and world news.. Try to read the paper everyday, when I can find one in english.. And yea, just chilling.. Am definately interested in chilling..

Music, Movies, and Books

Well my music library has 14,000 tracks in it, and nearly all of it gets listened to.. I don't read as many books as I would like to, as I usually keep myself busy with a news paper most days.. But I just finished reading Clockwork Orange, which i really enjoyed.. at the moment I'm reading a book called Voltaire's Bastards, about the fundamental flaws of western society (it was a christmas present, but it's really good).. And I do love Bill Bryson.. Have read all of his books.. I perfer non fiction.. And Pulp fiction.. Naturally.
