ABOUT ME

Originally English but living in Berlin, one of my favourite cities. I love to travel, and I'm never happier than when I'm in new surroundings. I write for startups and magazines... I also like talking about the world, going for bike rides, exploring places, watching series and films, partying, music...

Movies: lost in translation, the terminal, true romance, north by northwest, escape from alcatraz, virgin suicides, goodbye lenin, looper...

Music: currently listening to: alvvays, disclosure, james blake, arcade fire, archive. In general I love... techno (like ben klock, extrawelt, oliver huntemann, seth troxler), guitar music (kurt vile, radiohead, the cure, nirvana, pearl jam, 65daysofstatic), punk rock (leftover crack, anti-flag, against me!), 80s bands (joy division, the smiths)... plus reggae and hip hop... a real mixture I guess!

Books: (well, authors) irvine welsh, edgar allen poe, sylvia plath and martin amis

SOUTHEAST ASIA! Hitch hiking, sleeping under the stars in the Sahara, snorkelling with the tropical fish in the Maldives, learned to scuba dive, everything in Berlin!
