Overview
About Me
I was in a PhD program at the University of Miami...hated academia and dropped out with my masters. Two months later I moved to Korea.
I have been teaching in Korea for the last few years. I speak conversational Korean and Spanish...maybe 30 seconds of French haha.
I am from Miami, Florida. I am VERY open-minded.
I look forward to meeting some good people.
If you're near Seoul, hit me up!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I just booked a flight to Osaka and I can't find a place to stay.
My friend has been on this site for a while and he recommended it.
I've always enjoyed staying in hostels with a communal vibe, and I think this styly of traveling could give me better insight into the places I travel to.
Interests
My interests range from Action Bronson to Aristotle's virtue ethics.
I skateboarded for ten years until injuries stopped that.

Music, Movies, and Books
I studied English Lit and Philosophy, and I am really into Beckett, Proust, and Baudelaire...European modern writers <3
I also like Entourage, Breaking Bad, the Wire, and underground hip-hop.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I built houses in Haiti and slept in a tent for 2 weeks there. My last night I stayed in the UN embassy and got bed bugs.
