I'm a 31 year old graduate student from the University of Illinois. I study Entomology (bug science), specifically ants. This includes a fair amount of travel, mostly to the Asian tropics. I'm pretty laid back but am always up for an adventure.

I enjoy exploring new cities, trying new restaurants, tasting new beers, and swapping stories with new friends. I'm passionate about animals, especially those without backbones, and love spreading the word about the amazing things insects do.
