About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet wonderful people all over the world! I believe there are many!

ABOUT ME

I guess this should be; all about me witch will not be told below.
Well about me can be read below I think, but if you're curious about something in particular, go ahead and ask!

About requests: I get a lot of them. I'll try my best to answer them all. But if my schedule is thight don't take it personal if I forget. I'll try to host during times when I don't work too much, and if it fits in with my working times you'll be welcomed. Though, I pay big attention to referenses so if you have none, please make sure to give a clear picture of who you are and if you have other kinds of referenses.

PHILOSOPHY

I strongly believe in goodness, kindness and trust. I live my life to learn and to discover and I try my absolute best never to judge or look down on people, for I believe we are all different and we all have our reasons for who we are and what we believe and say and do. So the best way to meet the world and it's inhabitants is understanding and curiosity. Now, I live my life because it is a great deal of fun (most of the time). And there is nothing as lovely as meeting people learning about them and then creating new stories and movies and novells based on all the new knowledge you gain. I live for this!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been couch surfing mostly in Japan and can offer a place to stay at times though if I fail to answer requests it is most likely because I'm drowning in work and simply don't have the time to check my page. Though when I do have the time I try to reply everyone.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately I have yet not couchsurfed. This is my first and so I'm a newbie. But I have been traveling alot, to all kinds of countrys. Both hotel/pool/tourist traveling and backpacker/stay at friends places-traveling. And the last is the one I prefer. There is no better way to learn about new countries, people and cultures.

Interests

There are so many I don't know where to begin. I find everything interesting more or less but my personal interests are of course film and music and acting and writing. I do this for a living. Except for this I love: learning new things and in particular learning about other peoples interests. I love languages. I love computer games, scary movies, drinking coffee and discussing life and it's mysteries. I love good parties, dancing, concerts, and a nice beer in a small random place I've never been to before.

Music, Movies, and Books

Now music: I have a very long list with different artist and gengres. But for the moment it's mostly hard core, weird folk music, Tom Waits, and soundtracks (Princess Mononoke, Silent Hill and Donnie Darco is topping the list right now).
When it comes to books I have three favorites: Sara Stridsberg (swedish author), Arundathi Roy and Neil Gaiman. Lovely books, lovely writers!
And movies: Where to begin!? Kill Bill, Requiem for a dream, 15 the movie, Lady vengance, American Beauty, Miyasaki Hayao's movies (all of them, so good), I'm a cyborg, the ring, paranormal activity, Arizona dream... the list is looong. But one thing I can say for sure, there are so many good asian movies!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going by train over the pitch black fields in Rumania in the middle of the night. Singning with a Bulgarian choire at the centre of Sofia, old, magic folk songs filled with despair and beauty. Dancing all night long on a huge festival and then spending the morning on a bridge with friends and a bottle of wine watching the sun wake up. Oh, sorry, that's three things.

Teach, Learn, Share

So far, I'll leave this blank. I need to surf some first.
