About Me

CURRENT MISSION

What mission?

ABOUT ME

I like being lazy and chilling out as compared to going crazy... But I can be quite outgoing when I want to. I enjoy meeting new people of any and all ages every now and then and have been told I can spin a good conversation - so it can't be all that bad!

PHILOSOPHY

Don't get worked up. I hate it when people are clingy with little things as well as other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just traveling a little at the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed a week in Vancouver, fucked up with the couchsurfing etiquette a few times, but had lots of fun in the end.

Interests

Nothing - really I'm totally boring.

I like playing music, singing, guitar, harmonica, whatever instrument you throw at me, I'd try it... Except bagpipes. I tried that for a while in school and it really sucked (or blew, bud dum tis). I'll take pictures of you while you're not looking. Reading, talking, arguing. Normal stuff. Video games are always fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music wise I'm pretty open, I like blues and hip hop a lot, but I like most music a lot... Kind of picky, not really specifically into any genre. Old blues musicians are cool, Blind Willy McTell is great (he plays a 12 string like me, twins), The Black Keys, Jack White, Native Tongues collective, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Trombone Shorty (and New Orleans Avenue of course), Hugo.

Favourite author is Henrik Ibsen. I like fantasy and sci-fi every now and then too. Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Cormac McCarthy.

Not much of a movie person, I like anime and a few TV shows though. David Lynch is my favourite director. Breaking Bad is a good TV show.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many to put in here. Or too little... depends on how you look at it.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Caledonia, Norway, Thailand, Vanuatu

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Singapore
