About Me

Film and Law. Two great combinations.

New Jersey wit is an acquired taste. I find that being from New Jersey has been an advantage and caused new people to like me.
I live in Los Angeles, so being both a lawyer and a writer is fairly common. Just look at the film industry and all the opportunities for people who can write.

Not judgmental.
In my experience, it's the hard times that add depth to a relationship.
A dog, a swimming pool, summertime, and ipod speaker system, playing eachother's music and racing for the tennis ball. That's a good way to spend a saturday afternoon. Just to make it perfect, let's have some watermelon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm just starting, but this seems like a lot of fun, and a way to meet interesting people. My family always opened up their home to new people, and I am grateful for the experience. It made us all open minded. I come from a family of six so we already had a crowd scene.

Just starting, but looking forward to it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Tom Waits (he sings about loneliness better than Sinatra), Fitzgerald and Hunter S. Thompson, Edward Albee, good plays, the Coen brothers, simplicity.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming with horses.

Teach, Learn, Share

"I am quietly waiting for the catastrophe of my personality to seem beautiful again...and interesting...and modern."

Frank O'Hara wrote that sentence.

In Mad Men, the main character reads that sentence aloud.
