ABOUT ME

Algunas cosas que han dicho de mí: soy paciente (más o menos), creativa, reflexiva, perfeccionista, de mente abierta. Yo digo que soy colgada (soñadora, con la mente en las nubes, algo así), curiosa, fanática del arte y de los mapas. Me gusta demasiado ubicar direcciones y saber cómo llegar, no sé de dónde viene. Pero sobre todo me gusta viajar, fotografiar, tener experiencias y encontrar un poquito de magia en las cosas.

Some have said I'm patient (sort of), creative, reflexive, open-minded and perfectionist. I say I'm always lost in my thoughts, dreamy, curious, I love art and also maps. I have a thing for looking up directions and knowing how to get there, I don't know why. But mostly I love travelling, taking photographs, having experiences and finding a little bit of magic in things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Quiero viajar y poder conocer gente de cada lugar y lo que allí sucede.
I want to travel and be able to share my experiences with people and their surroundings.

Me resulta difícil elegir favoritos en cada rubro, porque descubrí que me gustan muchas cosas, pero si mezclamos a los Beatles, Arcade Fire, Arbolito, Seru Giran, Jorge Drexler, Joe Hisaishi, un poco de jazz y músicas varias con las películas de Hayao Miyazaki, Into the wild, Eterno resplandor de una mente sin recuerdos, Detachment, la trilogía de Antes del Amanecer, las películas de Sylvain Chomet y continuamos con los libros de Liliana Bodoc, Haruki Murakami, Ítalo Calvino, Alejandra Pizarnik, Oliverio Girondo, Siri Hustvedt, Úrsula K. Le Guin y un enorme etcétera, sale una mezcla para mí.

It's hard for me to pick favourites because I like a lot of things, but if we blend the Beatles, Arcade Fire, Arbolito, Seru Giran, Jorge Drexler, Joe Hisaishi, a bit of jazz and varied music with Hayao Miyazaki's films, Into the wild, Eternal sunshine of a spotless mind, Detachment, Before Sunrise trilogy, Sylvain Chomet's films and we continue with books from Liliana Bodoc, Haruki Murakami, Ítalo Calvino, Alejandra Pizarnik, Oliverio Girondo, Siri Hustvedt, Úrsula K. Le Guin and a huge etc., something perfect for me comes out.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Muchas cosas pequeñas me suelen resultar maravillosas. Las más increíbles: hacer parapente, caminar sobre el glaciar Perito Moreno, subir a la Laguna de los Tres (El Chaltén) al amanecer. Y sobre todo, viajar sola por casi cinco meses.
Little things can be amazing to me. The most important: having gone paragliding, walking on Perito Moreno glacier and climbing to Laguna de los Tres at sunrise. And especially travelling alone for almost five months.

Puedo enseñar sobre fotografía, algo de música o de tocar el saxo, por qué no algo de español. Cualquier conocimiento es bienvenido.
Photography, some music theory or learning how to play the saxophone, why not some spanish. Any knowledge is welcome.
