Overview
About Me
I have worked as a teacher across various subjects but most recently in Art which is what my major was in as well. I'm always interested in learning new things. I have traveled always with someone and now I think I am ready to try things differently and do it on my own. I'm a bit shy so if that isn't your thing no prob (somewhat introverted). :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I decided to give this a try it as my friend is both a traveler and host and enjoys both. This is my first time couch surfing. This trip is business; however, since I have some free time since I am currently transitioning to another job then I would like to enjoy and see the sights of Long Beach California before heading back home for work. I am also a budget traveler and would like to spend less money on the place to stay and more on eating and sight seeing experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share
I feel one can always learn something from travelling. If anything it shows you that people are similar in many ways.. There are universal themes that span time, language, culture and places. Then there are specific experiences that are very unique because of the time, language, culture and place.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I don't know maybe the fact I know Spanish we can work on that? Or I can wish dishes for you?
