ABOUT ME

My story really doesn't make much sense. I'm originally from St. Louis. I grew up there the majority of my life after living in England for my first few years of life. I had a normal childhood, medium-high income family. Parents are still married, all that stuff. I graduated high school and spent several years working in Finance. I moved to Seattle in 2005 and I do love it here. However, I'm not sure how long I'll stay. I've decided that time goes by too fast to not discover and learn everything possible.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy has changed over the years. I feel that our society is changing in which people in my generation will not be able to sustain employment with one corporation or industry throughout their lifetime. This severely deminishing some of the reasons to even work. Benefits are worthless, no rewarding retirement plans or investment programs. Lesser income and etc.

I don't want to spend my life trying to work my way up a ladder that just can not be summited. I'm travel minded and I'd rather discover as many new places as I can. This is what makes me happy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None, first time. A friend told me about it and it sounded interesting. I'm a fast moving person so this is kind of up my alley.

Interests

Travel, Sports and just about everything else someone my age is interested in.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all types of music. I prefer techno/club music most of the time, as it allows me to enjoy it without changing stations or annoyed by commercials as much. I'm not a big Top 40 fan, but enjoy alternative, rock, popular, jazz, classical and everything else. Everthing else excluding Country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen a lot, I've been to 44 U.S. states and more than a dozen European countries. I've also seen about every major island in the Caribbean.

I can't really say that I've done something truly amazing, but then again, how can you define it?
