About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To collect as many friends as I can manage before I expire!
ABOUT ME
Ok, but if you laugh at me, I am not going to let you sleep on my ocuch! ;-)I am a bit of a sponge with information. I love learning from people, so I like people with experiences different from mine. I am generally happy. I am easy going, but by no means easy! I know what I want and is not afraid to go for it. But I am not brash or forward, it's a cultural thing. My background is Vietnamese, and that's what it is. My 'foreground' is very much Australian. I have acquired what I term 'a healthy level of culture' from living most of my adult life in Melbourne, the culture capital of Australia. Not to mention the shopping capital of Australia. If you know the differences between Melbourne and Sydney, I am more a Melbourne girl. But I love my home State. And I am now home and loving it.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is about choices. Chose wisely and be happy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None what so ever! But I would like to the next time I travel. I am more interested in making friends than anything else. So even if I meet someone who can show me about without lending me their couch, I would be more than happy.
Interests
A list would sound very boring, but here it goes ...
rock climbing (predominantly indoors now, so you are likely to be dragged to do it with me as I need a belayer)
windsurfing, just started and only do so when it's warm. I am a chicken!
Wining and dining, I am a bit of a connoisseur, and have a great group of friends who are the same. We do cooking as well as restaurants.
Having fun. Will try new things just because we feel like it.
Culture, yes, there is cultured people in WA!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Just one? Toledo in Spain. I love ancient history. Much of Europe really, for the same reason.
