I'm a naturalist guide in the north border of Costa Rica in a small town called Los Chiles, I'm a local but haved lived in many places of the country. I spend part of my childhood in New Jersey, California and Nevada, then came back to CR.
I have a little bit of every country. Costa Rica, USA and Nicaragua.
I also take pictures of wildlife but I like to combine tourism, nature and culture in my pictures, that I upload in my web page and in my Facebook page: loschilescostarica.com
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since I'm one of the few that speak English in my town I translate a lot to everyone that comes around to this town, I love doing it because I meet new people everyday. One day I met Ben from England and told me about couchsurf, and the great possibility of getting to know the world with other people in the community. The idea of traveling is somewhat terrifying when you don't know someone from the other side, so I decided to get in to couchsurf to start exploring and also to help those that get across me if I can!
"Don't be afraid to explore" loschilescostarica.com
I want to travel as much as I can, helping others as I go on my way with my translating skills.
For those that ever want to go to Nicaragua from Costa Rica or vice versa, I can guide you and inform you.

I listen to rock, hard rock, trash metal, heavy metal, death metal, grunge, jazz, blues, alternative, EDM, salsa...
