new to couchsurfing and currently on my travels so obviously hoping to be a recipient of hospitality before i can return the favour, looking forward to meeting some interesting characters as both host and guest

lots of things really, anything that helps make sense of the world, science, history, geography, politics, meeting people who have a local perspective on theses things. I also enjoy a drink now and again, with the right company. outdoor activities at an easy going pace, not so much an adrenaline junky

music; a bit of everything, reggae, rock, classical, but especially drum & bass
books; history and science mainly, don't read much fiction, not because i don't like it but you never know if it's going to be any good

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

lots of things seen and done that mean a lot to me, not too many that are exceptional or amazing, one favourite moment was playing chess in an outdoor hot spa with my uncle in Budapest while it was snowing
