To compose a song which doesn''t sound stupid; quite tough!
Hi ! I'm open-minded, critical, reflexive and interested in all kinds of art, especially literature.
I'm 20, student, want to work in investment strategy (I mean real investment, creating things you can touch), in take-off countries, or in countries that would be glad to "take-off".
I've been studying a lot in the last years, but I never gave up been curious and interested in the whole diversity of the world, of its culture, its history, its non-sens.
I write a lot, I'm quite influenced by authors like Franz Kafka in my writing-manner, and in my "Weltanschauung".
I love starting crazy things, things I woulnd't have dare to begin in the past; for example beginning Spanish lessons with a friend, trying to understand what he says!
"Wer mit 20 kein Revolutionär ist, hat kein Herzen. Wer mit 50 noch Revolutionär ist..." H. Heine
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I never couchsurf'ed yet, but I'm storngly interested in this way of travelling, I mean giving one's trip a human dimension in addition to the cultural dimension seems to be like cream on strawberries, or "la cerise sur le gâteau" in frensh. I wont have my own place before a few years, cause I'll be living on a campus next year, but after this I'll be glad to welcome any sympathetic traveller.
No experience yet, my first time will take place this summer
I love knowing more about the way people live in other places, which makes me interested in politics and social topics;
The way people write or the art they produce about their lives and their perception of themselves, which makes me intersted in all kinds of litterature, paintings, and more;
I love discussing, learning from others how ignorant I am and to share the experiences I have made
Music, Movies, and Books
Well, quite a lot; here is a selection :
- G.W.F. Hegel, Heinrich Böll, Heinrich Heine,
MACBETH, Thoreau, Obama's DREAMS FROM MY FATHER,
Victor Hugo, Rostand, 17th century frensh theater,
Taniguchi's manga which I discovered recently.
- Movies : Francis Kieslowsky's trilogy "Bleu blanc Rouge" (blue white red), frensh contemporary movies about family stories, because they often express my country's spirit better than anything else; das Leben der Andere, Fatih Akhin's movies...
- Music : I don't listen a lot to music, but I love to discover new styles : Turkish music, Gypsi guitar, classical music. I play the guitar, but only as a background for songs.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I've got a personnal way to see the world, and I like to share it with others. I've got more to learn than to teach, for sure
