ABOUT ME
I just finished graduate school and before I start my "real life" I am touring Europe for a month. I have always wanted to "travel" rather than "tour" and am so excited to be experiencing the continent and hopefully get to build some relationships with people who actually live in the places I am visiting. I am from the Midwestern United States, and am eager to learn about new places and share about my home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have never before really been in a place that got a lot of couchsurfers. I am very curious to see what couchsurfing is like and what kinds of people I will run in to. I can think of no better way to immerse myself in a place than to hear about it and see it with a local.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a medical mission to Nicaragua, and traveled to the top of Volcan Masaya (an active volcano). From the ground you can see it steaming and smoking, and I not only got to look into the crater, but also was able to witness the incredible view of the countryside.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love talking about pretty much anything. I have lived in farming communities, the Southern United States, and Downtown Detroit. I am eager to share about the places I have been and hear about the places I visit.
