Single dad with two grown kids who both live overseas. I grew up in Australia and transitioned to the US in my twenties.

While in the US I've lived in the Mid West and farmed, Alaska and been involved in the fishing industry and now Seattle where I work with a seafood company managing different species.

I'm an active cyclist and hiker who's also traveled and worked oversea's for extended periods.

When traveling I like to get away from the crowds and cities and explore the country and smaller towns.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hoping to give some fellow travelers a place to rest and relax for a day or two. Plus it's always fun to listen and learn about someones adventures and give some pointers on interesting activities in the NW.

Also looking forward to couchsurfing for a few nights on upcoming travels. Great to meet local folks for local knowledge.
