About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Hope to walk from my flat in south east London to my nan's house in North Wales sometime soon

ABOUT ME

I'm a student and amateur film maker. Recently I've felt very weighed down and constricted by my day to day life. My plan to walk from my flat in Camberwell to my Grandmothers House in Llanddulas (200 miles) will hopefully give me a sense of freedom and act as an opportunity to experience something adventurous and maybe even a little dangerous.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't feel I've lived long enough to have a proper one yet. Just to have fun I suppose. Be open and have Empathy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't surfed any couches yet, but I'm sure I'll have lots of stories to tell once I have.

Music, Movies, and Books

Films my real passion, I love Barton Fink by the Coen Brothers, A Field in England by Ben Wheatly and Rushmore by Wes Anderson to name but a few.
In terms of music I really like Hendrix and The White Stripes, I've been getting into a Hip-Hop/Rap recently such as Nas or Wu-Tang as well as electronic stuff like Portishead, Gaslamp Killer, or Flying Lotus. There are so many artists I love its hard to convey the spectrum of music I enjoy in so few words. In terms of books, I'm ashamed to say I didn't read seriously until very recently but I finished Heart of Darkness last week and I've been reading lots of Hunter Thompson recently too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked up Snowdon a few times, saw a terrifying storm in the south of France when I was about 10. The lighting purple and malcious and the wind blew the table in the garden into the next field.
