I love travelling to experience new cultures and ways of living.
I am an optimist, who is always smiling and up for a laugh!
My dream is to travel the world to see beautiful places and volunteer on the way to help where I can.
I am currently travelling Asia with my Boyfriend George as we wish to learn about all the different cultures! So far we have made it through Thailand, Cambodia and part way through Vietnam.

Interests

Volunteer work is my passion, I have travelled Africa helping where I can with tribes and teaching.
In Morocco I taught children with Special needs, it was eye opening!
Throughout Asia George and I have volunteered with the Akha tribe, with helping retired elephants who had formally been abused live a better life and in helped in a hostel where I took on the role of helping the Cambodian women.
In Africa I found my love for photography! My main focus is on connections.
I am also currently writing my second book about living with the Maasai tribe as I have a dream of being an author.
We grow all of our own vegetables in the garden at home, I love using them to make new adventurous dishes I haven't tried before! Which is why we're loving Asia so much as we have so many recipes to take home!
After travelling I have a desire to find my career in helping prevent Human Trafficking.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a big part of my life! I listen to all different types depending on my mood, especially acoustic songs and reggae.
I play the guitar and write my own songs but am very shy when it comes to singing them!
I have gone to many music festivals and cant wait to go to more!
My favourite song/artist has to be Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, as it has such powerful lyrics.

Movies - I love anything that makes me think!

Books - I am really interested in learning about hardships people have come through, it really inspires me! Jodi Picoult is my favourite author for this!
And books about tribes!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living with the Maasai tribe with a local family in a tin hut for 6 months, where I shared the daily tasks and embraced their way of life.

Languages! I am currently learning Spanish so any help would be much appreciated! My passion is teaching English and hold my Tefl qualification!
