Overview
About Me
I am currently in Darwin; studying (very) part time law, working at a golf course and teaching golf in between. I am perpetually restless, and have barely settled into any one particular location (or vocation) for the past few years. I've traveled a little - the highlight being a full year on exchange in the USA in 2015. In between, I've taken a few scattered trips here and there, although none of the length I'd like; there ain't no better way to know a place than to live there, passing through for a few cheap beers doesn't feel the same!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's a hell of a lot more interesting... People are good. I'd much rather hitch up in a hostel or use couchsurfing than get myself a nice plush room at a hotel. A destination is made by the people that inhabit it, not the place itself.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am a huge fan of autobiographies - I'm a sucker for a retired athlete's memoir. I love movies with some basis in reality, if it's got truth in it all the better! Music wise, I will and do listen to anything, from the Rolling Stones, to house music. Depends of the mood and occasion...
