Hi!
I'm Gerrit, 23 yo medical student and currently living in Heidelberg! I spend my last 2,5 years in Varna, Bulgaria where I started my degree and I have recently transfered to Germany.
I love traveling and I've been lucky to experience the kindness of Locals from evry country I have visited.
I have met some amazing people couchsurfing and me and my flatmates are hosting people whenever we can of course!
Traveling is one of my biggest passions, I spent 9 month in Australia working on different farms in Tasmania and camping along the coastline.
I like to try out new ways of traveling, I bought a Motorcycle in Vietnam and drove from Ho Chi Minh about 1000 km north to Hue.
Last year I tried to Hitchhike from Bulgaria to Germany - kinda failing but it was still a great experience!
For the next year I want to cycle to Iran.

I believe in Humanity, Equality and Diversity! Ive been lucky and priviliged to study medicine and hope to give some of that back, when I finish my studies Its my dream to work for organisations like Doctors Without Borders, Mercyships or Save the children.
