About Me

I've lived in England my whole life. In my past I have been on family holidays to Australia the US and Spain, and I have traveled Europe going to festivals.

I am very independent and very strong minded. I consider popular opinion a bad model to make practical and moral judgement, therefore I am not in the mindset of modern western philosophy.

I am keen for adventure and misadventure. I am very into trying new things and new experiences.

Most importantly I want to meet new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm not looking to follow other western tourists to tourist areas. Instead I want to spend time with local people.I think living with locals (or people that know the place well) will allow me to fully experience the new locations I visit, make closer friends and learn the language faster.

I have never used couchsurfing until now because I have never really needed to, and I have never lived in a house where I am able to host people so easily. Now for my upcoming travels I see it as the best way to integrate myself into the places I visit and to make stronger relationships with new friends.

On this profile I have outlined several things that would be ideal in the place that I stay, but none of these things are absolutely essential. Most important to me is making friends in the places I visit.

Interests

I am an artist and I create music, graphics and videos, all electronically.
I am a keen learner, and I have a strong knowledge of world history and a keen interest in geography and science.
I am well adapted to the outdoors and I love exploring new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music with atmosphere, especially electronic music, but I have a wide taste.
At the moment I am listening to things like this:

My favorite movies?:
Aguirre: Wrath of God, Pi, Waking Life, Enter the Void, Avatar, The Fall, Terry Gillingham

Books? I'm not a reader of fiction novels. I like to broaden my knowledge by reading the encyclopedia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This one time my mind turned into a giant worm made of faces and the faces were coming out of it and speaking to me

Teach, Learn, Share

The most important thing for me right now is to improve my spanish, so it would be great if we can exchange languages. I will definitely be able to help you learn and improve english.

Do you make music? I am travelling with an electronic music device that I can record and manipulate sounds with, and we can compose music tracks.

I have camping equipment with me and I would love to camp in countryside and find cacti in their natural environment.

I also have lots of information to share about my country and the places I have visited.

What I Can Share with Hosts

- I can help you learn English or improve your English speaking skills
- If you are a musician we can use my device to record, jam or make tracks
- I'm good at making meals. Don't expect traditional English food, I never know what I'm making until it is done but it always turns out good
- I'm eager to learn about the places I visit in relation to your life experience. There will be many things that you can learn from me as well.
- I'm bringing a collection of my favorite films and movies on USB so I can show you some of my favorite movies
