ABOUT ME

Hello, I am a 23 year old father to a beautiful baby boy.
Myself and my partner live just on a beach in cork.
I spend my days surfing, playing with the baby and training. lots of training, oh and eating is also a pastime of mine. I have become very good at it.
although my teenage years were spent drinking and all other wild things. I now focus on my training and live a clean drink/smoke free life.....with the occasional blow out now and then of course :)

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we are made out of billions of atoms vibrating, when you think this you do not take most things too seriously. people waste too much time being depressed or getting sucked in by negativity. I like to live life as full as I can and with a smile

Interests

Surfing, jokes (good or bad ones)
all exercise, some say I am fanatic.

the birth of our boy was pretty intense but also amazing! in a screaming kind of way
