About Me

CURRENT MISSION

This is the moment!

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Gina from Korea
I'm so interested in traveling all over the world.
I've traveled in Japan, HK, BKK, Siem reap, Taiwan - especially in East-South Asia.
In 2002, I stayed in Boston for 1 year.
In Jan 2014, I'll go to South America with my friend
(Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, for this travel nowadays I've studied spanish), after this
I'll stay in USA for 2 weeks :)
In USA I really want couch surfing!
(Cause this is absolutely new to me!!)

PHILOSOPHY

I think this is a very difficult question to answer.
The most important thing for me is that I should share the earth.

I mean not only other people but animals too.
This is because - I think - I have two cats that were once abandoned before I rescued

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I found this couch-surfing site because one of my friends told me who will travel in South America with me.
After I heard this one, I tried to find on-line and realized that it would worth!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Cause this would be the first experience,
I'm really excited.

Interests

As I mentioned above, I love traveling which make me meet many people and have awesome experience

  • animals
  • cats
  • traveling
  • surfing

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a fan of Sting, Eminem, Adel, Craig David!
I'm not a picky person for music, and books
but I don't like horror movies

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year, I went Taiwan and BKK (for me it was second time) with my mom. She was overwhelmed and told me that she loved where we went and they were unforgettable.

Before we went, I was worried with everything (hotels, foods, sights).
But now, she is the best traveling partner for me

Teach, Learn, Share

Don't be afraid asking things to others! Most of the time they would be very kind and helpful.
Also don’t be disappointed when you couldn’t get any help
There must be some body for you.

Last but not least, learn a few words where you travel.
When I went Bangkok, I learned "Hello, Thank u, Excuse me, Sorry" in Thai, every person I met in BKK loved it and was most helpful!
