Music: Olafur Arnalds is my top composer for meditation sessions but I'm also into commercial and electronic music. Books: Everything about Advaita Vedanta and ancient Sanskrit tests are always my first choice when I enter in a bookstore. And movies: I'm not really into it... Except for a great passion for Studio Ghibli movies.. It was an addiction 😅 but now I'm out of it! 😉😉
