About Me

To send the shivers down my spine on a daily basis! (at least)

I'm a mexican student finding his way in life.
I'm easily amazed and love to learn anything that will enhance or challenge my reality.
I'm a bit of a traveller and am interested in knowing the locals and their ways in the places I visit.
I love everyday revolutions and all the possibilities they involve. Love bikes as well and how they help those revolutions come true.

I believe there's only one life and so I really want to live and enjoy it. Only by doing something you are passionate about can you spend your days and never regret about them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hosting, being hosted and spreading the word!

I've surfed and hosted since i joined CS... all great experiences, some from which I got great friends that lasted a lot more than the actual trip.
I had a lot of hosting (hosting and being hosted) since I was a child, as I was a Scout.
Through Hospitality Club I hosted and met some people.
As a hitchhiker, I was hosted many times by people I met on the road.
I joined WarmShowers during my first bike touring trip.

Anything that challenges or enriches my reality.
Bikes are amazing.
I love hiking and travelling, and a lot better when they come together. I like when people are interested in people and not only on their couches. Please include my favorite word in spanish, Abrevadero, when you write me a request, to make sure you read my profile.
I see science as the way to never stop being amazed and always know more about this, our universe.
I enjoy pedalling, playing ultimate frisbee, reading (both literature and non-fiction), watching movies in independent film clubs.

Music, Movies, and Books

One of each... a random choice from my favorites:
Átame by Almodovar
Ficciones by Borges

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

visited 22 states (9.77%)Create your own visited map of The World or vertaling nederlands duits?

The most impressive event I've witnessed is the collapsing glacier of Perito Moreno, in Patagonia, part of the breathtaking Campo de Hielo Sur or South Ice Field.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn a lot more about fixing bikes, then spread the knowledge around.
I'd like to learn acrobatics and juggling =)
Knitting seems interesting, useful and a good pastime as well.
If you don't mind some math and/or physics, i could show you how to enjoy those. Without the math I can still share my amazement about the Universe with you.
