Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Simply like to host people, especially because guests bring the travel atmosphere in my flat that I miss so much. Guests make me feel participating at their journey.
Once I get to to travel again, guess what I try to give to my hosts..
CS is practicing our good will to share what we have and recieve what we need to strangers.
Since CS got very popular over the years I hope we can take it as an advantage as more people get into the sharing...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
built a bamboo bike and sent it in a relay-race around the globe. It is for promoting intercultural sharing, sustainable resources and drinking water for everyone.
did a three weeks motorbike tour in north of Laos and visited several hidden villages in mountain area.
hitchhiked from Germany to Greece by passing through Croatia, Bosnia, Albania and Montegnegro
hitchhiked from Germany to the Pyrenees and hiked from there to the atlantic ocean (Camino the Santiago).
hitchhiked from Darwin to Adelaide through the middle of the desert.
cycled from Germany to Turkey in summer 2015.
