ABOUT ME

Some say I'm quirky, some even refer me as crazy. I assure you I'm not. Really.

In actual fact, I'm just a simple girl who is excited about the world and the weaving of cultures within. I absolutely adore adventure and is always up for an interesting experience.

PHILOSOPHY

I read this from a book and it had been, by far, my favourite.

"To make a radical change in my lifestyle and begin to boldly do things which were never thought of before, or been too hesitant to attempt.

So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservation, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit within a person than monotony. The very basic core of a person's living spirit is her passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, new people. Hence, there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

In order to get more out of life, one must first lose the inclination for monotonous security and adopt a helter-skelter style of life which may at first appear to others as crazy. But once you become accustomed to such a life you will see its full meaning and its incredible beauty."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess "amazing" would refer to the things I did which would leave me breathless and on cloud nine for a long time?

These might not be amazing to some but I was definitely stuck on cloud nine!
1. Swam alongside with wild whalesharks in the sea.
2. Jumped off a plane and soared.
3. Dived with at least a dozen huge manta-rays, mola-molas; thresher sharks
4. Climbed Mount. Kinabalu in the gusty typhoon-like winds. While descending, I got blown off my feet for a good 3 sec. Scared the hell out of me. HAHA.
5. Tasted extreme cuisine. Insects, balut, innards, you name it :P

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmmmm...I totally suck at cooking so I cant teach you how to cook my country's cuisine. Maybe I can teach Mandarin and English! :P
