Treat everyday as an adventure.
Global nomad lucky to live in Seoul. I grew up near Washington DC, went to school in Vermont, lived and worked in Texas, Hawaii, and most recently, Los Angeles. I'm gregarious and enjoy meeting travelers as throughout the years as I have explored many corners of the world. Not much of a TV person, but there are a few shows I follow on HULU (Daily Show)
I love getting outside, seeing the sights, exploring, and fitness activities. I would love to host active folks who look at life as an adventure.... and sometimes have a little wild side. (Good counter balance to the responsible/job part of my personality) I try to eat right, but a good happy hour is hard to turn down.
Despite having sometimes a busy work schedule I am a pretty good non-Korean, Seoul guide :) I love hanging out in cafes and restaurants, "hofs" (beer and chicken places)and doing anything else that is fun.
Philosophy.. just be a good person, treat their stuff better than yours, share and smile.
Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Interested in surfing and providing a couch. I am new to this but an experienced traveler.
I have hosted non "CS" friends who visit Seoul and one suggested I give CS a try... so here we are!
Friends, music, museums and theaters, watching sports events, sometimes I play sports or mountain bike, hiking, skiing, cooking and trying new dishes when traveling, getting to know the local culture of a place.
- happy hour
- watching sports
Musik, Filme und Bücher
Black Keys, White stripes, Pearl Jam, 90s rock, more modern alternative, Songza, Pandora. My guilty pleasure is KPop Girl bands (I know...) Live music always rocks, especially classic Jazz and good old fashioned rock n roll...
Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe
Motor cycled through northern VietNam.... so cool.... Back Packed Fiji, Australia and New Zealand over 6 months... Bets thing I ever did...
