ABOUT ME

The name is Gretchen and I am just an Indiana girl with a sense of adventure. Although I am a practical person, I don't believe I should let myself miss out on life simply because it is not "reasonable." I'm warm hearted and I follow the golden rule always! Reliable is a key word I would use to describe myself among others.

I should probably mention that only a few days ago I went through a bad break up with the person I pictured myself living my life with. Traveling and meeting new people is the way I want to get away and cope with everything that is going on in my life.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe it is key to be kind to others, it is not what you know, it's who you know! I believe in this world we create our own destiny with the free will we were given. Blessings will not come my way or fall on my lap if I don't make a move, so that is what I'm doing, following my gut and getting out of Indiana.

Interests

I enjoy the outdoors, traveling and gaining knowledge about the unknown. I spend my time dreaming and planning, I make the best out of living in Indiana but it's time for a change!

I enjoy Alternative Rock music, new age, pop, reggae, rock n' roll, and a little country. A list of some of my favorites:
Thievery Corporation, Washed Out, MGMT, The Black Lips, Jack Johnson, Beck, Pheonix, the list goes on!

I think of myself as a movie buff in most regards, I enjoy dramas, psychological thrillers, action thrillers, horror flicks and comedy of course!
Some favorites: The Secret (documentary) The Good Son, Silence of the Lambs, There Will Be Blood, Silver Linings, The Shining, God Bless America, The Bachelorette, John Dies at the End, Hick, The Paperboy, and the list goes on!
