About Me

solving mysteries

Basically been living out of my suitcase for the past 6 years! I was in Edinburgh, Scotland for 2 years, during which I had the chance to go to France, Holland, Austria, Belgium, Sardegna and Morroco. Spent a year living in Quebec province (Murdochville and then Grandes-Bergeronnes) went to Germany for 3 weeks and 2 years ago got back from a 14 months living in New Zealand. I am now settled in Quebec city, because settling down can be nice! :)

I find it important to appreciate the little things! I try to find the positive in bad situations and just make the best of everything!!

I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I've ended up where I needed to be.
- Douglas Adams

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime."
- Mark Twain

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

I have surfed a couple of times in Scotland, Austria and Germany!
I have also hosted a couple of people when I still had my flat in Montreal.
I'm just now settling in Quebec city and plan on being here a few years at least! So when I receive interesting requests and I'm free, I'm more than happy to help people out!

Surfed and hosted

travelling is an obvious interest, but I also enjoy reading classics, listenning to all kinds of music (I am convinced there are good songs for every style!!)

I enjoy a good steep hike in the woods, walking around the city, drinking a nice beer on a sunny patio, going to a show, running or just hanging out with friends!

Music, Movies & Books

I hate this question, just because it changes all the time and takes too long to answer properly..

One Amazing Thing I've Done

Said I was going away for a long time and actually did it.. twice now! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Stop saying you don't have the money to travel. Just go! It'll sort itself out.
