Hello there,

If you are from the US/UK or Australia: yes my name is really Guido haha. Sadly, it's not only a human type but also a real Italian name which my parents gave me without predicting that it would have been a disaster for my relationships with Americans and Brits due to the tv shows. Let's say that you are talking with Guido who is not a guido :P

I joined this site because I would like to get to know people from all over the world, anyone who can tell a good story is welcome, if it's about his/her experience or culture is ideal :)

It's awkward to describe themselves in few words so feel free to skip the paragraph about me and to drop me a line directly which is a better way for getting know each other.

I've just moved to Bratislava from Birmingham (UK) after living for a long time in Milan, where while working I completed a master's degree in management after a bachelor in Economics and now I'm looking for new challenges. My passions are art, music, cinema and literature. Sport (has been and) is part of my daily life: I've been an athlete (200, 400 meters...) for around 6 years, I gave up when I started university but I have been keeping to practice physical activities like swimming, jogging, weightlifting...
In my spare time I like going to galleries, exhibitions and/or making some outdoor activities.
I'm also trying to keep a healthy lifestyle as much as I can without being insane and since a couple of years I'm involved with cooking, preparation methods and traditions related to it. It's awesome how food can be related to culture. Traveling is an other big passion but unfortunately I can't do it as I want.
I'm very interested in psychology, innovation, personal development, entrepreneurship, behavioural economics, philosophy etc... but I also fancy a chat about simple things (i.e.: we can talk about everything!).
