Easy going, fun loving and yet I stay mindful of my friends and surroundings. I am constantly full of surprises as I venture off on my next adventures in a very short time. I am a little bit of a free spirit, one moment I'm the professional in a power suit and next minute I am the back packer with my walking boots on, ready to explore the world! An aspiring travel writer, who is redesigning her career as an Independent Responsible Marketer.
Meeting new people and exchanging ideas with people who have very different backgrounds but shared values. I spend my time researching and interviewing individuals on diverse topics like, what's their favorite drink, where they like to hand-out and throw in a question or 2 about how they travel in an eco-friendly way (if they do?) and if they have any preferences for eco-friendly travel services.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2007, I spent 10 weeks in a remote private beach about 4 hours south of Cancun, called Punta Gruesa. I was part of a 35 member marine conservation project in Mexico, it was great to be so close to nature and best of all I got to dive 3 times a day, 6 days a week! I learnt to identify over 150 fish species, teach English to folks from a nearby fishing village and share a once in a lifetime experience with other amazing individuals who became like family to me during those few weeks. I learnt so much about human interaction, with no advertisements, no shops, no tv, no mobile phones to distract me or my friends, it was 101% engagement with the sun, sand and the big blue sea!
