ABOUT ME

My name is Helena, I'm 24 years old and live close to hanover/germany. After graduating I spent 13 months in NY working as an Au Pair and had the time of my life!!! I love the States and I miss my host family and everything about the States so much, I try to go back as much as I can :)
During my Bachelor's studies I spent one semester in Murcia, Spain and did an internship for a few months right after in Madrid. Also a big Spain lover, amazing country, amazing people, I made so many friends over there and luckily Spain isn't so far after all…

I just finished my studies and am now looking for a job. Throughout grad school I spent another semester in Spain (Bilbao) and in the beautiful but overrated German capital Berlin.

I love to travel and to learn foreign languages. Moreover I'm a passionate athlete. I do all kinds of exercise, I love to dance and to surf but I also enjoy going to the gym and running.

Living in the Basque Country has also been a great experience. The countryside is beautiful and the food is simply amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everybody has their stories to tell, in general I love to talk to people that travelled a lot because I can relate to it. During my internship I talked to a lot of diplomats and find their lives fascinating, I could listen to people talking about the different places they've lived in and things they've seen for hours and also like to contribute to it with my personal experiences :P
