I like to explore through walking, hiking, canoeing - that is what I can come across easily and naturally anyways. I love my cat - she has been with me forever and knows how to love, that is all I need.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly I realize the ridiculous costs of travelling and want to help out providing a free space. I love to meet new people and see the world through their eyes - always interesting

Also - I have a trip coming up end of June and there is a day wait in Winnipeg and looking for a place to rest my head for the night.

Lots of books on the go and many becoming favourites (I can see how they can shape me in different ways). Right now I am reading The Immense Journey: an imaginative naturalist explores the mysteries of man and nature by Loren Eiseley. This is very poetic and even informative ... the immense journey being your LIFE along with your fellow humans and where we all came from :)
