My life is full of changes right now, the only constants are class at the University of Central Arkansas, my business ( arkansasacro.com ), living at my duplex in this college town, and my views and faith in Love. I am passionate about sharing movements, particularly things that get people upside-down.

When people put themselves out there to accept others into their homes, it's a lovely act of kindness. These are the kinds of people I'd like to get to know. I've used other sites and stayed in hotels, and am curious to see how this community differs from the others.

I completed a 24 hour climbing competition. No naps, just climbing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

-Yoga classes! Hatha, power, gentle, meditation, flow. I am 200 hr RYT.
-AcroYoga classes! Base and fly for beginner work, fly for harder. I am an Acro Revolution certified instructor.
-Gymnastics/Tumbling! I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years, and have coached collectively for four.
